Delivery information

For delivery within Sweden, we use Postnord Varubrev, MyPack Collect and MyPack Home. We also have a pick-up warehouse where you can pick up the goods directly after ordering

Home delivery

Home delivery is via PostNord MyPack Home and the package is delivered directly to your door on a day and time of your choice via Postnord's app or text message, customer service.

For home delivery, you must enter a correct mobile number and e-mail address when ordering.

With Postnord Home, the parcel can also be left at your door or mailbox without a receipt. There are also options such as personal handover, receipt and ID check.

Delivery times

In-stock items are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 14.00 and are usually delivered from 1-3 working days

For larger packages, the socks are sent via Postnord My Pack, which is delivered to your nearest agent, you can change the agent yourself.

You will be notified via SMS or PostNord's app when the package is available. Delivery is made with a security code and QR code that only you as a recipient have access to.

 

Tracking and tracing

When you order, you will receive a tracking link where you can follow your delivery all the way.

 

Undelivered parcels

You are responsible for collecting your parcel on time. Parcels remain with the agent for 7 days.

If the package is not collected, a fee of SEK 189 will be charged for shipping and handling.

Uncollected parcels do not count as a return.

 

Delayed delivery

We always do our best to ensure that you receive your delivery as early as possible. If there is a delay, we will contact you.

In case of extensive delay, you as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase.

Payment

We offer safe and smooth payment via Klarna in checkout.

With Klarna, you can choose the payment option that suits you best, for example:

• Pay directly by card or bank
• Pay later by invoice
• Split the payment over time
• Pay with Swish

All payments are handled securely via Klarna, which means that you as a customer get extra protection and an easy overview of your purchases via Klarna's app.
