Returns

Returns are sent to our online warehouse. The return address is indicated on your receipt and below.

Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping is therefore paid by you as a customer, with the exception of defective goods or incorrect picks on our part.

For hygienic reasons, returned items must be unused, untested and in their original unbroken packaging.

We ask you to enclose your order number in the shipment for smoother handling. Returns should be sent as a letter or parcel - we do not accept cash on delivery.
